In the last post you read about the importance of staying hydrated as a way to protect your throat and vocal folds (cords). There’s now a cool iPhone app to help you do this. You use it to calculate how much you should be drinking, and then every time you drink water you input the amount you consumed. It tracks your daily intake and gives you a graph of how much you’ve taken in throughout the day. This app is getting high ratings. Check it out at the iTunes store. There’s certainly never been an easier and more convenient way to track your fluid intake.
