Special Report: Stress Control for Broadcasters

The tenth anniversary of 9/11 brings back memories of all the horrors we watched unfold that day. For me it also takes me back to the broadcasters I worked with afterwards who were suffering from the effects of the extraordinary stress they endured.

It doesn’t take a catastrophic event like 9/11 to produce high stress levels. Broadcasting is a stressful business.  Day-to-day stories or life events can put an on-air person in the danger zone with stress.

I’ve written an article that explains what stress does to the body and gives ways to alter your life to become more stress-resistant. Download this free pdf:  CopingwithCrisisStress.pdf and learn how to deal with stress on a daily basis.
